Scrappy Hats

These hats are made of fabric confetti. I used fabric scraps and tulle to make a fun and interesting new fabric. The bucket hat is fully lined while the witch hat is not. They are made up of fabric scraps, cotton fabric, multiple colors of thread, and tulle. Both hats are size large.
